Different Sex Drives In a Relationship

Libido is an important aspect of every relationship and marriage. Only if those involved in the relationship have a normal libido may enjoy sex, and also to satisfy your partner. When the sex a couple is different, and then can affect the relationship much.

There are only two different types of libido. One is a hyperactive sexual drive, where the person is horny and thinks about singles sex most of the time. This person has an increase in libido. Another extreme is a decrease in sex drive, where the person does not have a libido to everyone and is not an active partner in a sexual relationship.

Partners With Different Sex Drives

When a partner in a relationship have different levels of libido, below, a person may be normal with the other person who has a higher or a lower sex drive. In this scenario, the person with normal libido may find it difficult to have sexual intercourse with a person with a low libido, which may not be interested in sex at all.

The worst scenario is when a person has a high libido and the couple has a very low libido. In this situation, the couple may not have a normal relationship. Unless both erotic personals partners have a similar type of libido, they will have major problems in their relationship.

It may affect the relationship with the following problems:

1. The lack of sexual satisfaction. The person who has the increased libido shall not have sexual satisfaction in a relationship with a person that has decreased libido. This is the obvious outcome because the person with greater sex drive may want to have sex every day, but the partner that has decreased sex drive may want sex only once per week or less.

2. Issues. When there is a lack of sexual satisfaction, the person who is not satisfied can look for other partners and this can lead to emotional and psychological problems that sexually transmitted diseases.

3. Boredom with sex. Even if the person with the higher libido does not seek other partners, can be bored in sexual intercourse because of routine sexual life unless the person with the increase in libido takes proactive measures to encourage your partner.
